Community Angel Network explained Just
like the powerful and Giant Redwood, the Community Angel
Network is built strong through developing relationships
that provide support to individuals and families facing
life impacting crisis.
The
Community Angel Network was started by one person, a Community
Angel who reached out to help another person in need and
who today is leading our expansion to help bring Community
Angel support to 1,000 individuals and families each
month who are currently facing a life changing crisis
and who can greatly benefit from the support services offered
by the A Parents Love Foundation.
Are
You qualified to become a Community Angel?
The answer is Yes! A Community Angel is a person who cares
about others and who is willing to spend as little as 10
minutes a week introducing and sharing the APL mission to
individuals and businesses throughout their community. Community
Angels aren't asked to sell anything. We also don't expect
you to seek out Causes in need - they will come find you
if you just spend a few minutes each week sharing the APL
mission.
How
do I share the APL Mission?
Sharing the mission of APL is really pretty easy.
Opportunities to spread the word and share the APL mission
will "unfortunately" happen each day somewhere
in your region. APL will start you off with a series of
press releases, which we will guide you on sending to local
media - newspapers, radio and television stations. The initial
exposure gained from these groups will help to start the
campaign of sharing the APL mission.
As
the word about the support you provide spreads, so will
the emails and calls you receive from friends, family members
and supporters connected to those facing crisis. You will
also find that by sharing with your family and friends,
the newfound role you have taken on as a Community Angel,
that the word will spread to those in need.
Does
APL provide any promotional materials to the Community Angel?
We provide each Community Angel with a set of professionally
designed promotional emails, flyers, hand-outs, press releases
and marketing pieces that can be emailed, faxed, direct
mailed and handed out. In addition to the promotional packet,
periodic emails are sent to Community Angels directly from
the APL founder.

do I become a Community Angel?
Enrolling as a Community Angel is quick, easy and very rewarding.
