APL is committed to helping individuals and families in times of need. The Helping Hands program offers a place where Cause supporters can acknowledge, thank and recognize care providers, medical facilities and professionals who have played an important role in their overcoming a crisis.

Helping Hands is also designed to offer an interactive link to care providers, studies, educational resources and support groups.
